He began his career co-founding Lexington Realty in 2008, later evolving it into Housing Assist of America, where he negotiated thousands of distressed transactions and earned national recognition, including selection to Bank of America’s Realtor® Roundtable. He went on to found and lead ventures in real estate technology and marketing, shaping the modern, integrated platform behind his work today.

 

As Founder of VOYAGE Real Estate at Compass and a Founding Agent of Compass Los Angeles, Ari has represented hundreds of millions in closed sales, playing a key role in the brand’s presence across the LA market.
